He was nominated for the 40 under 40 Award at the Puget Sound Business Journal, Iconique International Fashion Photography Competition and the Black and White Spider Photography Award in two categories in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Leo is involved with Soulumination, a non-profit that celebrates the lives of children facing life-threatening illnesses. He is also environmentally conscious by utilizing the latest digital workflow technology to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
